Terms of Service
These Terms explain the rules for using JCIP EDGE, including account access through Google Login and use of member, merchant, partner, and public listing features.

Application and Organization
These Terms apply to JCIP EDGE, the official digital ecosystem of JCI Philippines, and its related features for members, merchants, partners, administrators, events, rewards, digital cards, eTap profiles, and business listings.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JCIP EDGE, including signing in with Google Login, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Use of Google Login
JCIP EDGE may allow users to authenticate using Google Login. Google Login is used to help verify your identity, create or access your account, and route you to the correct platform experience. You are responsible for maintaining access to and security of your Google account.
Account Eligibility and Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, completing profiles, submitting business listings, uploading verification files, or using any JCIP EDGE feature. JCIP EDGE may review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove accounts or listings that contain incomplete, misleading, unauthorized, or inappropriate information.
Permitted Platform Use
JCIP EDGE is intended for JCI Philippines-related membership, merchant, partner, event, rewards, business directory, eTap profile, notification, and administrative activities. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, upload harmful files, impersonate others, or use the platform for unlawful activities.
User Content and Public Listings
You are responsible for content you submit, including profile details, business information, offers, documents, images, and public eTap profile data. Approved business listings and public profiles may be visible to other users or the public when those features are enabled.
Verification, Approvals, and Administrative Actions
JCIP EDGE administrators and authorized reviewers may evaluate submitted member, merchant, business directory, event, eTap, or related records. The platform may approve, reject, hide, delist, suspend, or update records as needed for operational, compliance, safety, or quality reasons.
Privacy and Google User Data
Use of personal information and Google Login data is described in the JCIP EDGE Privacy Policy. JCIP EDGE does not sell Google user data. Use of information received from Google APIs is handled according to applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements.
Third-Party Services
JCIP EDGE may include links, maps, login services, payment instructions, communication channels, or integrations provided by third parties. JCIP EDGE is not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, outages, or external transactions outside the platform.
Changes to the Service or Terms
JCIP EDGE may update features, workflows, access rules, and these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the current terms.
